Hikari Anime Chat supports anime Role-Playing. This feature allows you to
make your own character by specifying a name, icon, color and even sound
effects. When you select an icon to represent your character, other
roleplayers need to also have the icon installed in their Hikari, for them
to see your icon. From this page, you can download Hikari Role-Play icon
packs. To join a Role-Play session,
simply join any channel that starts with the word "roleplay". Example: #roleplay_anime.
Once you're in that type of channel, you'll see a "Start Role-Play" button
at the top.

You can also use custom sound effects and
background music. You'll see all the options / info you need to get started
by looking through the menus at the top.
